Candy-coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies I
Ingredients

- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
Recipe
- preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
- thoroughly cream together shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- in a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, except the candies. add to creamed mixture and mix well.
- stir in 1/2 cup candies. mix well. drop by teaspoon unto cookie sheets and decorate with remaining candies. bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
