Candy-coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies I

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces

Recipe

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
  • thoroughly cream together shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
  • in a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, except the candies. add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  • stir in 1/2 cup candies. mix well. drop by teaspoon unto cookie sheets and decorate with remaining candies. bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
