oatmeal raisin toffee cookies

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup crushed toffee candy

- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease cookie sheets.
- in a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. beat in the eggs, one at a time then stir in the vanilla. combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. blend in the oatmeal and toffee bits. drop by rounded spoonfuls the prepared cookie sheet.
- bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
