oatmeal raisin toffee cookies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup crushed toffee candy

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 25 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease cookie sheets.
  • in a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. beat in the eggs, one at a time then stir in the vanilla. combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. blend in the oatmeal and toffee bits. drop by rounded spoonfuls the prepared cookie sheet.
  • bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
