Healthy Sugar Free Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (low fat)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. add peanut butter, soy milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well. add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • 2 drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 13-16 minutes at 350 degrees, or until done.

  • 4 so take the entire amount of calories for the entire batch.
  • 5 and divide it by how many cookies it makes.
