Ingredients

- 125 g butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup candy-coated chocolates
- 1/2 cup peanuts, blanched lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup chocolate piece
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180°c
- 2 beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy, add egg and mix well.
- 3 add sifted flour, baking powder, sweets, peanuts and chocolate bits.
- 4 roll teaspoonful balls of dough and place on a cool tray, flatten a little with a fork dusted in flour.
- 5 bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- 6 allow jumbles to cool on a rack and then store in an airtight container.
