Jumbo Spice Cookies - Sugar Free

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup skim milk yogurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2-3/4 raisins (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f(190°c). beat the margarine, vanilla, eggs and.
  • 2 splenda together. stir in yogurt.
  • 3 sift dry ingredients together. add liquid ingredients and stir to.
  • 4 combine well. fold in the raisins. drop by rounded tablespoons, 1 inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. bake approximately 10 minutes, or until light brown.
  • 5 cool slightly and remove from the cookie sheet.
  • 6 yields: 18 jumbo cookies or 36 smaller cookies.
