Ingredients
- Servings: 60
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 14 ounces hershey chocolate kisses
- confectioners' sugar
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar, beating well.
- 2 add vanilla and flour, and mix well.
- 3 chill dough for one hour.
- 4 preheat oven to 375.
- 5 pinch off a piece of dough.
- 6 roll into ball with palms of hands and then flatten.
- 7 dough should not be thick.
- 8 put kiss in center.
- 9 bring dough up, shaping around kiss to cover completely.
- 10 place onto ungreased cookie sheet one inch apart and bake for 12-15 minutes, until just starting to brown.
- 11 roll in confectioner's sugar when cool.
