Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups diced rhubarb, raw
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cream brown sugar and butter. add flour, cinnamon, and oatmeal. press half of this mixture into a cookie sheet and cover with diced raw rhubarb. cook sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water together. pour this syrup over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs. bake 1 hour at 350*.
