- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 egg
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 1 preheat oven to 400°.
- 2 place the cheese, flour, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well with very clean hands. roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. if the mixture seems too loose to hold its shape, add a little more flour. if the mixture seems too dry, add a bit of lemon juice, vinegar, or water.
- 3 pour 2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil onto a cookie sheet to grease. arrange the cheese balls on cookie sheet, rolling them around to coat thoroughly with the oil. bake 5 minutes at 400°.
- 4 wearing an oven mitt, shake the baking sheet to turn the cheese balls, and bake 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
- 5 with a spatula, transfer the cheese balls to a paper towel.
- 6 serve the cheese balls while still warm, with lemon wedges and triangles of pita bread.

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups butter or 1 1/2 cups margarine, softened

- 2 (3 ounce) packages jell-o brand gelatin, any flavor, divided

- 1 preheat oven to 400°f
- 2 mix flour and baking powder; set aside.
- 3 beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- 4 gradually add sugar and 1 pkg. of the dry gelatin, beating until light and fluffy.
- 5 add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- 6 gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended after each addition.
- 7 shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- 8 place, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets.
- 9 flatten with bottom of clean glass.

- 11 bake 8 to 10 minute or until edges are lightly browned.
- 12 remove from baking sheets to wire racks.

- 1 preheat oven to 350°f grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- 2 combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
- 3 microwave butter in a large, microwave-safe bowl on high (100%) power 1 minute; stir until melted.
- 4 stir in sugar and water. stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
- 5 gradually stir in flour mixture. stir in 1 cup shapes & morsels. spread into prepared baking pan.

- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water

- 1 combine crushed biscuits and butter mixing well; press into greased 30cm x 23cm (12" x 9") pan and refrigerate.
- 2 combine condensed milk, lemon juice and gelatin mix.
- 3 mix well and pour over prepared base; refrigerate 2 hours.

- 3 cups oatmeal (can use either quick or old fashioned)
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1 (8 ounce) bag toffee pieces (heath bits is the only kind we have here)
- 1 cup generous rough chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 mix first five ingredients well. add flour and baking soda and blend well. add oats and flax seed meal and mix until well blended. mix in toffee chips and pecans.
- 2 drop with tablespoon on parchment lined cookie sheets. bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges. remove and cool on cookie rack.
