Ingredients

- 1 bunch celery
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup pecans
Recipe
- 1 toast pecans on a cookie sheet on low (325°f oven) about 7-10 minutes. do not burn!
- 2 clean celery and chop into 2" long celery sticks (24 sticks).
- 3 mix cottage cheese, pepper, and horseradish together.
- 4 spoon about 1 tbsp on each celery stick.
- 5 sprinkle with toasted pecans.
