Fiery Cottage-cheese Boats (rachael Ray)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 toast pecans on a cookie sheet on low (325°f oven) about 7-10 minutes. do not burn!
  • 2 clean celery and chop into 2" long celery sticks (24 sticks).
  • 3 mix cottage cheese, pepper, and horseradish together.
  • 4 spoon about 1 tbsp on each celery stick.
  • 5 sprinkle with toasted pecans.
