Pumpkin Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Ingredients

- 10 1/4 ounces spice cake mix
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup flour (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix the dry cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, oil (and flour, if using).
- 2 add the butterscotch chips.
- 3 drop by spoonful on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with pam or other cooking spray.
- 4 bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
- 5 the flour is not necessary, but makes the cookie a little more firm.
