Pumpkin Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 60
  • 10 1/4 ounces spice cake mix
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup flour (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix the dry cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, oil (and flour, if using).
  • 2 add the butterscotch chips.
  • 3 drop by spoonful on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with pam or other cooking spray.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
  • 5 the flour is not necessary, but makes the cookie a little more firm.
