Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 48 milk chocolate kisses

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and peanut butter. gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar and brown sugar. add egg, milk and vanilla and mix well.
• 2 sift dry ingredients and gradually blend into creamed mixture.
• 3 shape into small 1 inch balls.
• 4 roll in 1/3 cup sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. do not press down.
• 5 bake in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
• 6 top with a chocolate kiss immediately. press down until cookie cracks around the edges.
