Peanut Butter And Fudge Swirl Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/4 cups oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups cool whip topping, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate fudge dessert topping

Recipe

  • 1 mix crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom and up side of 9 inch pie plate to form crust.
  • 2 beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  • 3 spoon into crust; drizzle with fudge topping. swirl gently with knife.
  • 4 refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. refrigerate leftovers.
  • 5 special extra: sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
