Jello Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup oil
• 1 (4 ounce) package cherry jell-o (not sure of the ounces, you want the small box)
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2-2 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 beat the eggs with a fork.
• 2 add oil, jello, sugar, and vanilla. stir to combine.
• 3 sift flour, salt and baking powder together and then slowly add to the wet ingredients.
• 4 drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for approx 8 minutes. do not brown them at all. remove from oven just before they start to brown.
