Peanut Butter Mini Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 54 ounces chocolate almond bark (1 1/2 pkg)
  • 3/4 cup shortening

Recipe

  • 1 melt together almond bark and shortening. place small amount on bottoms of small muffin wrappers to harden (a medicine dropper works well for this).
  • 2 mix peanut butter, margerine, and sugars together.
  • 3 put in a spritz cookie gun.
  • 4 squeeze peanut butter mixture onto hardened chocolate.
  • 5 spoon remaining chocolate on top of peanut butter.
  • 6 let cool/harden.
