Peanut Butter Mini Cups

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 54 ounces chocolate almond bark (1 1/2 pkg)
- 3/4 cup shortening
Recipe
- 1 melt together almond bark and shortening. place small amount on bottoms of small muffin wrappers to harden (a medicine dropper works well for this).
- 2 mix peanut butter, margerine, and sugars together.
- 3 put in a spritz cookie gun.
- 4 squeeze peanut butter mixture onto hardened chocolate.
- 5 spoon remaining chocolate on top of peanut butter.
- 6 let cool/harden.
