Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies - Sugar Free

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups splenda brown sugar blend, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats

Recipe

  • 1 line two baking sheets with waxed paper.
