Philadelphia Party Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 4 (250 g) packages philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups mini oreo cookies or 10 oreo cookies, broken into pieces
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 6 squares baker's chocolate

Recipe

• 1 combine oreo crumbs and butter and press in bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
• 2 beat cream cheese and sugar on medium until well blended. pour half the batter over crust, sprinkle with cookies and top with remaining batter.
• 3 bake at 350f for 40-50 minutes or until center is almost set. chill 4 hours or overnight.
• 4 heat whipping cream and chocolate over low heat. stir until well blended. pour over chilled cheesecake.
• 5 garnish with whipped topping or additional cookie pieces if desired.
