Protein Mudslide - Protein Shake

  • 1 scoop body fortress cookies 'n creme whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 ounce davinci sugar free kahlua syrup

Recipe

  • 1 put it in a blender and whiz it --
