Red Velvet Cake Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 ounce red food coloring

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350°f
• 2 line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
• 3 beat all ingredients with mixer on medium until well combined (batter will be thick).
• 4 use a 1 inch cookie scoop and drop dough about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
• 5 bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
• 6 remove from cookie sheets and let cool.
