Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, mixed with
- 1/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 cream together butter and sugar, then beat in eggs, one at a time.
- 2 mix dry ingredients together, and mix into butter mixture.
- 3 roll teaspoonsful of dough into balls.
- 4 roll in cinnamon-sugar.
- 5 place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- 6 flatten slightly if desired.
- 7 bake for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees f or until very lightly browned.
- 8 cool, and store in a tightly covered container.
