Marbled Cheese Pie With Raspberry Sauce

- 2 (8 ounce) packages neufchatel cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed, pureed and strained
- 22 oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 mix crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl for crust.
- 2 press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
- 3 beat cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
- 4 beat in eggs just until combiined.
- 5 transfer 1 cup batter to small bowl; stir in cocoa.
- 6 spoon half of the chocolate batter into pie crust.
- 7 evenly pour batter over chocolate batter.
- 8 top with spoonfuls of remaining chocolate batter.
- 9 swirl batters with knife to create a marbled effect.
- 10 bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes or until set.
- 11 cool completely on wire rack.
- 12 serve with puréed raspberries.
