Marbled Cheese Pie With Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages neufchatel cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed, pureed and strained
  • 22 oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 mix crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl for crust.
  • 2 press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
  • 3 beat cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
  • 4 beat in eggs just until combiined.
  • 5 transfer 1 cup batter to small bowl; stir in cocoa.
  • 6 spoon half of the chocolate batter into pie crust.
  • 7 evenly pour batter over chocolate batter.
  • 8 top with spoonfuls of remaining chocolate batter.
  • 9 swirl batters with knife to create a marbled effect.
  • 10 bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes or until set.
  • 11 cool completely on wire rack.
  • 12 serve with puréed raspberries.
