Mini Fruitcakes

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, well beaten
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 (28 ounce) jar mincemeat
• 1 cup nuts, chopped
• 2 cups corn flakes, crumbs
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 36 candied cherries

Recipe

• 1 in large bowl, combine all ingredients except cherries. line cupcake pans with paper liners or use triple thick paper liners on cookie sheets. spoon a level measuring tablespoon of batter into each liner. top each with a cherry half.
• 2 bake in a 300f oven for 25-30 minutes. cool.
