Ingredients

- 1 cup smart balance butter spread
- 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 beat butter, splenda brown sugar, and splenda until creamy.
- 3 add eggs; beat well.
- 4 add flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. mix well.
- 5 add vanilla.
- 6 stir in oats and raisins.
- 7 drop cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
- 8 bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
