Healthy Oatmeal Cookies!!!

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 16 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 1 cup smart balance butter spread
  • 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 beat butter, splenda brown sugar, and splenda until creamy.
  • 3 add eggs; beat well.
  • 4 add flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. mix well.
  • 5 add vanilla.
  • 6 stir in oats and raisins.
  • 7 drop cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
  • 8 bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
