Gene's Cut-out Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups shortening
• 2 1/4 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 12 teaspoons milk
• 6 cups flour
• 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven at 375 degrees.
• 2 grease/spray cookie sheet or use parchment paper.
• 3 combine ingredients in order as listed.
• 4 knead the stiffened mixture.
• 5 roll out dough onto floured surface, ¼ inch thick.
• 6 cut out cookies,place on baking sheet.
• 7 bake time is quick, @4-5 minutes!
• 8 frost and decorate cooled cookies.
