- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons ice water
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1 1/3 cups ground pecans
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add vanilla and water, then combine with flour and nuts.
- 3 chill for 2 hours.
- 4 roll into small balls placing them on a cookie sheet.
- 5 bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
- 6 roll balls in powdered sugar while hot.
