Peanut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup melted butter
• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
• 1 egg
• 2 cups peanuts (salted)

Recipe

• 1 line a jelly-roll pan with wax paper.
• 2 cream butter and sugar.
• 3 add flour, syrup and egg.
• 4 stir peanuts inches.
• 5 spread mixture in jelly-roll pan.
• 6 bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or till light brown.
• 7 cut into squares and remove from pan peeling away from wax paper.
