Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) package one-step angel food cake mix
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
• 2 cups flaked coconut

Recipe

• 1 set oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 in a bowl, beat cake mix, water and almond extract on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl.
• 3 fold in the coconut.
• 4 drop by rounded teaspoons on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• 5 bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
• 6 remove paper with the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
