Janosch Marzipan Cookies

Ingredients

• 100 g marzipan
• 150 g flour
• 75 g butter
• 150 g sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 100 g chocolate

Recipe

• 1 mix everything until soft and shiny.
• 2 put the dough between plastic foil and flaten out.
• 3 cut out shapes.
• 4 bake at 180°c for 10 minutes.
• 5 melt the chocolate on the stove over steaming water.
• 6 decorate the cookies with melted chocolate (this can be fussy but it is fun as well).
