- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3 cups raisins
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup flax seed meal

- 1 mix flax, water, sugar.
- 2 add to oats, raisins, peanut butter.
- 3 mix with hands until thick crumbly dough.
- 4 press into 1/4 cup servings.
