Fiesta Bones

Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups water
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sun-dried tomato
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375*.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well, then knead by hand to form a stiff dough.
- 3 roll out dough to 1/2" thick and cut out bones (or any other shape) with a 2 1/2" cutter.
- 4 place bones on a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 50 minutes.
- 5 cool completely before serving and store in an airtight container.
