Mom's Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices bread
- 2 garlic cloves (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix crab, onions, celery, worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, parsley flakes and dry mustard in a bowl.
- 2 mix prepared mustard and mayonnaise and add to crab mixture.
- 3 beat eggs in small bowl, tear up bread & put in eggs. add eggs & bread mixture to crab mixture. mix well, form into cakes. bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
