Mom's Crab Cakes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 garlic cloves (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix crab, onions, celery, worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, parsley flakes and dry mustard in a bowl.
  • 2 mix prepared mustard and mayonnaise and add to crab mixture.
  • 3 beat eggs in small bowl, tear up bread & put in eggs. add eggs & bread mixture to crab mixture. mix well, form into cakes. bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
