Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) packages butterscotch chips
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 (4 ounce) can shoestring potatoes
Recipe
- 1 melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter. pour over potatoes and mix gently in bowl. drop onto waxed paper-covered cookie sheet by teaspoon.
- 2 freeze until the cookies are set. remove as soon as they are firm.
