Ingredients

• 1/3 cup parkay margarine
• 4 pieces bittersweet chocolate
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs, 1 at a time
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• powdered sugar

Recipe

• 1 melt margarine and chocolate together in microwave or in a pan on the stove. set a side to cool.
• 2 combine sugar and eggs (1 at a time). then add remaining ingredients (not powdered sugar) to make batter. add cool chocolate mixture to batter, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
• 3 roll dough into 1-inch balls and then roll balls in powdered sugar.
• 4 bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
