Ingredients
- 1 lb salted red spanish peanut
- 3 egg whites, beaten very stiff
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 grind peanuts in food chopper or processor.
- 2 add stiffly beaten egg whites, flour and sugar, stir to mix well.
- 3 drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured cookie sheets.
- 4 bake at 300 for 15 minutes.
- 5 let cool.
