Orange Raisin Drop Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained, chopped

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350.
• 2 grease cookie sheets.
• 3 in large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; mix until smooth.
• 4 stir in oats, raisins and chopped orange segments.
• 5 drop dough by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets.
• 6 bake at 350 for 12 to 16 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
• 7 remove from cookie sheets.
