Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350.
- 2 mix parmesan & garlic powder if desired.
- 3 spread olive oil onto sheet of aluminum foil (with a cookie sheet underneath).
- 4 spread parmesan onto foil making a thin layer across it
- 5 bake 5-10 minutes until cheese turns golden brown.
- 6 allow to cool.
- 7 turn aluminum foil over and carefully peel it away from the cheese.
- 8 break into pieces.
