Parmesan Crisps

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix parmesan & garlic powder if desired.
  • 3 spread olive oil onto sheet of aluminum foil (with a cookie sheet underneath).
  • 4 spread parmesan onto foil making a thin layer across it
  • 5 bake 5-10 minutes until cheese turns golden brown.
  • 6 allow to cool.
  • 7 turn aluminum foil over and carefully peel it away from the cheese.
  • 8 break into pieces.
