Snickerdoodle, Non-dairy & Gluten Free (tastes Completely No

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil, spread
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375° for non-stick or 400° for any other.
  • 2 bake for 10-14 minutes.
  • 3 mix dry ingredients then add egg yolks & butter spread.
