Snickerdoodles - Soft And Thick

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter flavor crisco
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 preaheat oven to 400.
- 2 mix all ingredients together (except last 2 cinnamon & sugar which you should combine to roll the dough in) until stiff and almost crumbly.
- 3 roll about a 1 inch ball of dough and then roll that in cinnamon & sugar mix.
- 4 place on cookie sheet and back 10-12 minutes until spread but still thick and slightly firm to the touch.
