Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 3 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
- 2 cream together butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
- 3 add eggs and vanilla extract.
- 4 mix flour, cream of tartar, salt, and baking soda in separate bowl.
- 5 blend together wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- 6 mix together cinnamon and the rest of the sugar in a shallow bowl.
- 7 roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls, and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 8 place on greased cookie sheet.
- 9 bake for 8-10 minutes, or until firm and just starting to brown.
