Snickerpoodles (dog Treats)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup honey
• 2 eggs
• 3 3/4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup cornmeal
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 mix oil, shortening, honey and eggs.
• 2 beat well.
• 3 add flour, soda and cream of tartar.
• 4 knead dough until mixed.
• 5 shape into balls of desired size.
• 6 mix cornmeal and cinnamon.
• 7 roll balls in mixture.
• 8 place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
• 9 press balls with fork.
• 10 bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
• 11 cool and store in airtight container.
