Empanada Dough

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour

Recipe

  • 1 day before:.
  • 2 cream butter and cream cheese together until smoothly blended.
  • 3 beat in the flour.
  • 4 shape dough into a smooth ball; wrap in foil or cling wrap, and refrigerate overnight or up to a week.
