Impossibly Healthy Chocolate Chip Muffies

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 banana
- 2 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute or 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 mix flours and baking soda.
- 2 in a larger, separate bowl, cream the remaining ingredients, leaving the oats for last. freeze the remaining banana for a smoothie!
- 3 preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit.
- 4 add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just moistened.
- 5 mix in the chocolate chips.
- 6 grease two cookie sheets and drop scoops of dough on the sheets; i end up with 18 cookies per sheet.
- 7 bake for 10-12 minutes.
- 8 enjoy!
