Impossibly Healthy Chocolate Chip Muffies

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute or 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 mix flours and baking soda.
  • 2 in a larger, separate bowl, cream the remaining ingredients, leaving the oats for last. freeze the remaining banana for a smoothie!
  • 3 preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit.
  • 4 add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just moistened.
  • 5 mix in the chocolate chips.
  • 6 grease two cookie sheets and drop scoops of dough on the sheets; i end up with 18 cookies per sheet.
  • 7 bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • 8 enjoy!
