Oreo Cookie And Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature (1 stick)
• 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 3 -4 cups confectioners' sugar (measure then shake thru a sieve to break lumps)
• 12 oreo cookies, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 beat softened butter and cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 - 5 minutes.
• 2 slowly add sugar, 1 cup at a time. add vanilla; mix until smooth. gently stir oreos into the frosting, careful to not over stir.
