Ingredients

• 30 oreo cookies, crushed
• 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened (or other flavor)
• 1 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
• 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
• 1 pinch salt
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 2/3 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 mix oreos and butter together.
• 2 pat into a 9 by 13 pan.
• 3 spread 1/2 gallon of vanilla icecream over the cookie crust.
• 4 freeze hard (overnight or for several hours).
• 5 melt the chocolate, butter, salt, evaporated milk, and sugar.
• 6 cook until thick.
• 7 drizzle over the icecream layer.
• 8 refreeze.
