Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe

• 1 cream shortening and the sugars.
• 2 add egg and pineapple.
• 3 stir in vanilla.
• 4 sift flour, then measure it.
• 5 to the flour, add salt, soda, and baking powder.
• 6 add dry mixture to the wet mixture.
• 7 drop by rounded tsps.
• 8 onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
• 9 bake 10-12 minutes at 350°f,or until done.
