Practically Healthy Gingersnap Cookies

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 mix all ingredients, soften the butter and add the flour last.
  • 3 you may need to put the dough in the freezer if it is not firm enough, or you can just continue.
  • 4 roll into 1" balls and roll them in sugar.
  • 5 place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minute.
