Practically Healthy Gingersnap Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix all ingredients, soften the butter and add the flour last.
- 3 you may need to put the dough in the freezer if it is not firm enough, or you can just continue.
- 4 roll into 1" balls and roll them in sugar.
- 5 place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minute.
