Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 pint brussels sprout
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more if you like it hot)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 -3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350. toss all ingred. in a big bowl. lay a piece of foil on a cookie sheet. put sprouts on foil in single layer. roast in oven 30 minutes or until starting to brown. asperagus made like this takes less time.
