Ingredients

- 1 pint brussels sprout
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more if you like it hot)
- salt and pepper
- 2 -3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350. toss all ingred. in a big bowl. lay a piece of foil on a cookie sheet. put sprouts on foil in single layer. roast in oven 30 minutes or until starting to brown. asperagus made like this takes less time.
