Sinful Brownies

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, at room temperature
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar, i use brown
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2/3 cup plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • salt, just a pinch
  • 125 g chopped nuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven 180°c.
  • 2 butter 20cm square cake tin.
  • 3 melt butter and choc in saucepan over low heat.
  • 4 when melted ans smooth, set aside to cool.
  • 5 beat eggs and sugar in large bowl till thick and creamy.
  • 6 stir n cooled chocolate and golden syrup.
  • 7 then add flour, cocoa, salt and nuts.
  • 8 pour into tin, bake 30 minutes.
  • 9 remove from oven, cool in tin then cut into squares.
