Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (20 cookies)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Recipe

• 1 combine cookie crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
• 2 press into a 9 inch pie pan.
• 3 bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
• 4 cool.
• 5 in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.
• 6 fold in whipped cream.
• 7 gently spoon into crust. .
• 8 garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs, if desired.
