Honey Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups honey
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup lard
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon clove
• 3 teaspoons baking soda
• 5 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 combine ingredients
• 2 add enough flour to make a stiff dough about 5
• 3 i think 3 teaspoons- (not heaping) of the baking soda is fine.
• 4 roll 1/2 inch thick.
• 5 cut with cookie cutters then bake in moderate oven 350 degrees.
• 6 no time is given, however i think start with 10 minutes until golden.
