Easy Cookies

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

• 1 egg , beaten stiff
• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
• 2 cups chopped pecans

Recipe

• 1 add brown sugar to beaten egg and then fold in pecans.
• 2 drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet.
• 3 bake at 325* about 6 to 8 minutes.
